How will my order be shipped?
All online orders are shipped via Purolator or Canada Post (for PO Box deliveries) and will arrive within 10 business days. Shipping charges are fixed at $9.99. Once an order is placed, the order and delivery address is verified. All orders will arrive within 10 business days.

Sizing varies by item. Where possible we have included sizing charts as an image for each item. If you have questions, please email us at email@example.com.
What is the Returns Policy?
Our policy is 21 days for returns or replacements and 45 days for an online store credit. If the time period has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original tags attached. The product must be returned before credits/refunds or replacements are issued. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

How do I cancel or modify an existing order?
To cancel or modify an existing order, please email email@example.com prior to receiving a shipping confirmation. Please note that we are not able to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.
